OCE CS6060 High Resolution Solvent Printer

Released onto the international market from electronics giant Seiko, the OCE CS6060 has established itself as the number one medium format production machine in its class.

Using durable full solvent inks, it can print onto a wide range of outdoor and indoor based media, including self adhesive vinyls and PVC banner materials. The print width is 1570 mm visible, reducing the need for tiles and joins in the production of full colour graphics. With 720dpi printheads, and 6 colours the CS6060 truly offers photographic quality output for any application.

We purchased our CS6060 printer in October 2005. Based on it's success in the marketplace, and unrivaled reliability. We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest possible print calibration settings, enabling us to offer exceptional quality output, that some of the so called 'better machines' simply can't match. Self Adhesive Vinyls

Avery MPI 2000
Avery MPI 2000 is a 80 micron gloss white polymeric self adhesive vinyl. Highly recommended for a wide range of applications on flat surfaces. Typical applications include: -
Vehicle Graphics (flat surfaces only). Interior and Exterior signage. Window decorations.
To enhance colour and protect images against UV radiation and abrasion, this product can be overlaminated.

Avery MPI 2040
Avery MPI 2040 is a 80 micron gloss clear polymeric self adhesive vinyl. Highly recommended for a wide range of applications on flat surfaces. Typical applications include: -
Vehicle Graphics (flat surfaces only). Interior and Exterior signage. Window decorations.
To enhance colour and protect images against UV radiation and abrasion, this product can be overlaminated.

Avery MPI 1005 Easy Apply
Avery MPI 1005 Easy Apply is a 53 micron gloss white cast vinyl. Highly recommended for a wide range of applications over rivets, corrugations and shaped surfaces due to a unique low tack, repositionable, no trapped air adhesive system. Typical applications include :-
Large fleet graphics on flat, curved, riveted and corrugated surfaces. Interior and Exterior signs. Durable advertising, requiring clean removal after the intended period of use. All permanent applications requiring conformability.
This product requires a liquid laminate or varnish, as laminating negatively influences the conformability.

Metamark MDT Translucent
This is a 80 micron satin white polymeric vinyl. Recommended for interior and exterior applications on flat surfaces and compound curves. Due to the materials excellent satin finish surface and opacity, we recommend this material for ILLUMINATED applications.
To enhance colour and protect images against UV radiation and abrasion, this product can be overlaminated

Metamark MD-CV ClearVision
Perforated One-Way Vision Film
Metamark ClearVision is a black/white PVC coated film suitable for application to windows, glass doors and any transparent surface. The film has 1.5mm diameter perforations such that when printed on the white surface produces an image while allowing visibility from the reverse.

Non Adhesive Materials

Frontlit PVC Banners - A reinforced banner PVC ideally suited for interior and exterior applications. Flame retardent to DIN-4102-B1. Various finishing options are available, including hemming, eyeleting, pole pockets etc.
