Suitable for medium and small graphics, excellently suited for small stickers and decals, the Gerber Edge has been a mainstay of our production family for many, many years. It is now established as the number one machine for digitally producing one-off, short run and personalised stickers, labels and decals.
It uses the thermal transfer process to permanently fuse resin based pigments direct to self adhesive vinyls and various other materials. These include polyester and security labels, magnetic backed PVC, semi PVC, polycarbonate and window self cling, to name but a few.
Printing either in four colour process or spot colour, we can accurately print any logo or image, and with the ability to print 1000's of solid colours, many of which are simulated PantoneTM colours, 
emblems, crests and corporate logos can be produced accurately.
Also available are translucent colours, metalic finishes and textile printing foils. Gerber Edge output is UV stable and outdoor durable for up to 5 years, making it the ideal solution for a wide range of small format labelling, sticker and decal applications.
Once printed, we can accurately contour cut the image to shape, ready for use.
We have succesfully used the Gerber Edge for thousands of applications.
